  • Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or fees (e.g., EU VAT, U.S. sales tax).

  • International customers are responsible for customs charges (see Shipping Policy).

c. Payment Methods:

  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

  • Payment processing is secured via SSL encryption. We do not store card details.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All Site content (logos, product designs, text) is owned by Gothgem and protected by copyright/trademark laws.

  • Limited License: You may view and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use only.
